Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations Ticketing Agent at IBEX Global Tours. The role requires handling day-to-day tasks related to reservations, ticketing, and customer service. The agent will assist customers in booking travel arrangements, providing information on destinations, and ensuring exceptional service.
An ideal Candidate must have:
- Travel industry experience either airline or travel agency.
- Command on GDS system, fare calculation, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.
- IATA standard reservation/ticketing procedures.
- Should possess knowledge about refund reissue entries.
- Hold command over Saber + Amadeus GDS (routing, fare pricing, issuance, re-issuance, and refund)
