Job Description
As an Associate General Manager (AGM) for our group of restaurants, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, staff training, recruitment, shift management, and more.
Qualifications: Proven senior management experience in the restaurant or hotel industry, strong leadership and communication skills, financial management knowledge, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in General Management or Director F&B role in fine dining full-service restaurant or hotel, preferably with foreign experience. Company car (New Alto) provided after one year of service.
