Job Description
Cafedebreeze is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staff management, operations coordination, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will recruit, train, and oversee restaurant staff while working closely with kitchen personnel to ensure efficient food production and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Additionally, you will prepare and manage budgets, collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, and develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant. Your role will also include addressing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring quality control measures are upheld.
