Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to ensure our stores consistently meet brand, quality, and service standards. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling, while driving store performance through effective leadership and key performance indicator (KPI) management. Prompt resolution of customer and operational issues is essential to promote a positive company culture. Additionally, the Store Manager will monitor stock levels and inventory controls.
Requirements include 3-5 years of management experience, along with strong leadership and customer service skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
This is a full-time position offering a salary between Rs100,00 and Rs130,00 per month, located in-person.
