Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Restaurant Manager for our client base company. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations, managing employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and service. The Restaurant Manager will also manage budgets, inventory, and customer relations.
Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including different cuisines and styles of dining
- Experience in restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and customer relations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
