Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Purple Jane Cafe, located in Lahore. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining high levels of customer service, and managing the food and beverage program.
Qualifications
- Hiring, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Food & Beverage programs and management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer satisfaction and implementing customer service strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
