Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple restaurants within the company
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute restaurant promotions and marketing initiatives
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure proper training and development of employees
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the restaurants
- Maintain effective communication with franchise owners, stakeholders, and other departments within the company
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position within the restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and best practices
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
