Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restauranteur at Mian G Hotel in Rawalpindi. The Restauranteur will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing the kitchen, front of house, and administrative staff. The Restauranteur will also work with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies and marketing plans to increase revenue and profitability.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies and promotions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine is a plus.
- Certifications in restaurant management, culinary arts, or food safety is a plus.
