Job Description
Scents N Stories is seeking a Retail Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the company’s mission by providing vital financial, analytical, and administrative support to the corporate and franchise accounting departments.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze revenue for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain records and reconciliations.
- Analyze accounts receivables to ensure precise financial reporting.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain financial integrity.
- Deliver exceptional customer support and uphold open communication with franchises.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and database applications in a Windows environment.
