Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Area Sales Manager in implementing and monitoring retail SOPs.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of shops.
- Monitor shop opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee staff appearance on a daily basis, including uniform, hygiene, and haircut.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must have own conveyance. The role requires fieldwork (85%) and office work (15%).
- Required Education is minimum Graduation.
- Proven experience in a marketing or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
