Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Floor Manager at Magnet Shopping Mall located in Karachi. The Retail Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the retail space, lead a team of sales associates, and provide excellent customer service to shoppers. The Retail Floor Manager will also ensure that the store is well-organized, properly stocked, and visually appealing to maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales management or related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Bachelor’s degree in BA / BBA / B.com or a related field
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours
