Position: Retail Manager
Work Location: Africa, Nigeria
Job Overview: We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee retail stores across various locations. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, lead teams, drive sales, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Oversee operations and meet sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Develop strategies to exceed revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Customer Experience: Ensure quality service and resolve issues.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual appeal and standards.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management.
- Budget Management: Control expenses related to staffing, inventory, maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Retail Management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Fluency in English.
