Position: Dolmen Mall Clifton & Lucky One Mall
Overview: We are looking for experienced Retail Outlet Manager & Assistant Outlet Manager to manage operations at our men’s clothing store. Candidate must have retail experience in men’s fashion, strong leadership, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations for sales targets & profits.
- Lead, motivate, & develop team for top-tier service.
- Monitor inventory, ensure product displays & replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising per brand guidelines.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance & safety regulations.
- Oversee store security, loss prevention, & sales analysis.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, & complaints professionally.
- Liaise with Area Manager for retail campaigns & initiatives.
Requirements:
- Prior men’s clothing brand experience.
- Proven Retail Manager or similar role experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, & customer focus.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks.
- Organizational & detail-oriented with retail management software knowledge.
