Job Description
H‑Verse seeks a professional Retail Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer service in a full‑time, in‑person role. The ideal candidate will assess customer needs, provide product information, recommend and upsell items, and handle transactions, returns, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
- Greet and assist customers; build product knowledge and monitor market trends
- Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised store; manage inventory and restocking
- Support promotions, collaborate during peak periods, and report customer feedback
- Keep accurate sales records and strive to meet or exceed KPIs
Salary: Rs60,00–Rs70,00/month. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
