Key Responsibilities:

- Product Knowledge:

- Maintain store cleanliness and assist in inventory management.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Customer Service:
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Follow up on queries and orders for a positive experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven retail sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and knowledge of retail strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
