Role Description
Logex Courier is looking for a qualified and experienced Retail Sales Officer for a full-time on-site position located at Tariq Road in Karachi. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling international logistics services, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales-related data, and achieving sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a logistics or courier company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can be used to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to handle sales-related data and maintain detailed records
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate with others, and take direction from management
- Fluent in English and Urdu, both written and verbal
