Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in the Peshawar District. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. Other tasks include training and supervising the sales staff, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with the head office.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills for maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
- Experience in retail store management
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies and implementation of those strategies
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership skills for training and supervising the sales staff
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
