Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role aims to ensure precise invoicing by gathering and reconciling data from various departments. Responsibilities include invoicing, managing customer approvals, record-keeping, generating financial reports, and liaising with stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collect and compile invoicing data from Sales & Marketing, and Engineering & Operations.
- Prepare financial reconciliations, obtain customer approvals, and track invoice statuses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, generate invoices, track payments, and assist in financial closure.
Working Relationship:
Internal: Sales & Marketing and Engineering & Operations departments
External: External auditors
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
- Finance background with ACCA/Masters/Bachelors in Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 2-3 years of professional experience.
