Job Description
Domino’s Pizza Pakistan is seeking a motivated and experienced Rewards and HR Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in managing employee compensation, benefits, and HR operational processes to ensure efficiency and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing compensation structures, administering benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR policies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 5-6 years of experience in HR operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in HR software.
