Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is seeking a Total Rewards and People Operations Analyst for immediate hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Assistance in employee file auditing and maintenance, including tracking missing files and uploading copies into Workday.
- Responding to disability claims and completing necessary forms.
- Filing unemployment claim paperwork and providing information to unemployment agencies.
- Completing verification of employment forms.
- Organizing payroll tax notices and ensuring proper responses to ADP.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in HR or related field.
- Comfortable working in EST time zone (Evening/Night work).
- Excellent English communication skills.
