Job Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification in risk management/finance will be preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in risk management within the financial services sector, preferably in microfinance or banking.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and risk modelling techniques, using tools such as Excel.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to microfinance and financial risk management.
