Job Description
Position: Rockstar Admin Officer

Job Type: Full-time on-site
Location: NSTP – NUST
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday Onsite (10 AM – 7 PM), Friday & Saturday Remote
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise the procurement process of office equipment, supplies, and materials
- Collaborate with vendors for cost-effective deals
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Ensure a productive office environment
- Provide administrative support to senior management and staff
- Organize meetings, events, and office activities
- Perform other assigned administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
