Job Description:
- Strong proficiency in 2/3G theoretical knowledge and communication skills for network strategy.
- Familiar with OSS-KPI analysis and optimization, and experienced in Rollout project processes.
- Understanding 2/3G major enhancements, feature deployment, and evaluation.
- Proficient in Huawei RF basic tools and RF office software.
- Hard-working attitude, flexibility for overtime, and commitment to quality RF service.
- Not limited to DT tests or SSV making.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of RF NPM or MS project experience, with 3 years in Huawei vendor projects.
