Job Description
Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled Rough Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining team in Angola. The successful candidate will assess, grade, and value rough diamonds at the mining site, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed examinations of rough diamonds.
- Grade diamonds based on the 4Cs: Carat, Color, Clarity, and Cut.
- Estimate market value through comprehensive analysis.
- Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations.
- Collaborate with geologists and mining personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Gemology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
