Job Description
Opperate exists to help connect top sales reps (SDRs) with the HIGHEST paying International SaaS companies.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales teams (Account Executives and SDRs).
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success).
- Utilize data and analytics for decision-making and forecasting.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS sales cycles and pricing models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $100 – $1400 USD base salary – depending on experience
