Job Description:
- Implement road safety training and consultations at non-manufacturing sites
- Ensure safe travel practices and driver management
- Guide sites on ISO standards for road safety management systems
- Facilitate audits, KPIs, and project implementation for performance improvements
- Develop and monitor road safety policies and standards
- Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and transporters
- Foster a safety-first culture within the organization
- Capability building on SHE requirements through trainings
- Ensure incident reporting processes are followed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience: 2-3 years in safety role, preferably in FMCG sector
