Job Description
This Position is based in Saudi Arabia – Dammam and requires the candidate to be stationed in Saudi Arabia.
Job Summary:
The Safety Trainer specializes in occupational safety and health, designing training programs to raise awareness of risks and promote safe work practices. Responsibilities include creating educational materials, conducting workshops, offering technical support, and guiding employees and management on work safety.
Work Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored training programs for the company’s safety needs.
- Assess training requirements and prioritize topics.
- Create educational materials and arrange training sessions.
- Deliver practical safety training.
- Provide technical support on safety implementations.
- Monitor training progress and keep up with safety standards.
Functional Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
- Global certificate in occupational safety and health is a plus.
- Practical experience in safety programs.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
