Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues according to company policies.
- Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to our products and services.
