Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Salesperson to drive branch performance and ensure operational excellence. Duties include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitoring daily performance, executing promotions, and managing branch opening/closing, visual presentation, inventory control, and cash reconciliation. Deliver exceptional customer service, address complaints, and cultivate repeat business. Supervise staff attendance, grooming, schedules, training, and motivation, while enforcing company policies, maintaining records, and upholding safety and preventive maintenance standards.
Contract length: 24 months. Compensation: Rs30,00–Rs40,00 per month. Work location: On-site.
