Job Description
Understanding Axelliant’s value proposition and business processes and being able to articulate our business proposition.
- Contact existing customers and new prospects to sell products or services offered by Axelliant in the US
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Contact prospects who have responded to direct marketing campaigns and other lead sources.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries with proposals and quotes through Axelliant tools and systems.
- Creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients in CRM assigned to you.
- Informing customers about new products, offerings, or promotions relevant to their needs or preferences.
- Creating RFP responses and proposals to potential clients and customers
- Lead generation, Warm calling for prospects.
- Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell/ cross-sell compatible products to customers.
- Keeping the team leads and direct managers informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports as needed to provide superior service to our customers.
- Build strong relationship management with a genuine understanding of how to identify and nurture relationships with multiple key decisions makers including our partners as well as customers.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience
