Responsibilities
- Create detailed business plans to achieve set goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial meeting to deal closure
- Identify new sales opportunities and nurture them into lasting partnerships
- Present company offerings, provide post-sale support, and maintain client relationships
- Resolve complaints and uphold company reputation
- Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record as an Account Executive
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Business acumen and a degree in business, sales, or marketing
