Job Description

A Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with key clients. The main duties include acquiring new customers, upselling products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales track record, and the ability to understand clients’ needs. They should be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
