Job Description
Communicating with customers through various channels
Developing and working monthly sales plan
Giving strong sales presentations demonstrating benefits and value
Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system
Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new customers through exceptional service delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with corporate clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
