Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager located in Karāchi. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Effective communication skills will be crucial in this role to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- At least 3 years of experience in the ICT industry along with good relationships in financial and enterprise segments.
