Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights to the sales team and management.
- Communicate important feedback from clients internally.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a technical field
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
- Excellent command over written and verbal English
