Job Description
Sales Team Management: Work closely with the sales team, providing guidance and leadership to improve their performance and motivation.
Training and Development: Possess strong team-building and presentation skills to train the sales team in both product knowledge and soft skills.
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster lasting client relationships.
Sales Targets: Collaborate with the dealer principal and sales team to set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and develop strategies to achieve goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct research on the automotive market, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and devise effective sales strategies.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of dealership products and services and train the sales team to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
