Our services include Freight/Shipping, Transportation, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and International Movers. We deal in FCL, LCL, Air, Sea, Road, break bulk, and OOG shipping services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Corporate Affairs at Varenyam International Logistics Inc., a branch office in Karachi. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales and establish corporate communication. They will be responsible for interacting with clients, identifying opportunities, and providing customized solutions. This role will ensure the development and implementation of policies and procedures for sales projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s mission, goals, and objectives.
Pricing with shipping lines, Airlines and other vendors, coordination with logistics team, updating logistics reports. Preparing quotations and sending quotation, strong follow up with agents, clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication on phone and email, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
- Minimum of an Intermediate and maximum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/Commerce/Arts or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales or a corporate communication role in the field of Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
