Job Description
Job Purpose: Develops accurate sales forecasting models through key data sources, aligning with company strategy and vision. Collaborates for effective sales forecasting.
Experience: 3+ years in sales planning/operations. Managerial experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales cycle plans in line with company objectives and trends.
- Analyze data and market trends for sales forecasting.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs for improvements.
- Collaborate with teams for product availability and budget alignment.
- Optimize cycle efficiency and lead process improvements.
- Coordinate promotional activities and provide support to the sales team.
- Prepare and present reports on sales cycle performance to management.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
