Job Description
Role:
- Collect customer information and open their accounts with mandatory requirements.
- Reconcile customer ledgers, record tax challans and prepare necessary adjustments.
- Generate standardized purchase order, record commission bills and maintain tax challans for brokers.
- Manage invoices, contract-related certificates, and other requisite reports.
Education:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts and Finance or in a relevant discipline.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate with internship experience in the accounts department.
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of sales documentation and invoices
- Relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with data analysis capability
- Proficient in MS Excel & Oracle
