Job Description
The Arif Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This position requires generating leads, closing sales, and driving significant revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with exceptional persuasion skills and a strong enthusiasm for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effectively present and sell products/services.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
Requirements: While proven sales experience is preferred, strong communication skills and self-motivation are essential. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Compensation: Enjoy uncapped commissions with a flexible schedule, starting at Rs200,00.00 per month.
