Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make proactive phone calls to potential clients in the target market. Engage in conversations to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- WhatsApp Messages: Utilize WhatsApp as a communication channel to reach out to leads and prospects. Send personalized messages to initiate conversations and share information.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through phone and WhatsApp interactions to identify potential customers. Gather relevant information and update CRM records.
- Client Follow-Up: Communicate with existing clients via phone and WhatsApp to address inquiries, provide support, and nurture relationships.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and sales activities. Track progress and report to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in written communication, especially in WhatsApp messaging.
- Ability to engage with potential clients confidently and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
