Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and developing sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, product knowledge, and marketing trends. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong product knowledge, consumer behavior understanding, and market trends comprehension
- Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and CRM software
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop marketing strategies that drive business growth
