Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Karachi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, sales, sales management, and training. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure smooth operation across both departments.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service skills, with experience in handling difficult situations
- Proven track record in sales
- Experience with training staff in sales techniques and products
- Strong sales management skills, with experience in managing a team and tracking sales metrics
- Flexibility in working in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
