Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Capability & Market Hygiene Manager in developing the sales capability building agenda.
- Collaborate closely with front-line sales teams to identify skills development needs.
- Design and develop customized training modules and solutions for the sales force.
- Execute training programs in collaboration with third-party providers and the HR department.
- Manage logistics for smooth execution of training programs.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and communication for Sales and Operations meetings.
- Contribute to the development of incentive programs for Order Bookers.
- Create talent induction and development materials for front-line field force.
- Collaborate with the Route to Market team to optimize KPI achievement through training programs.
- Support the RTM team in maintaining market hygiene.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 1-2 years of experience.
