Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Closer to enhance our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing performance metrics, and providing support to the sales team to boost productivity. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining sales tools, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams for streamlined operations.
Please note that this position involves evening shifts for international campaigns only.
Salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month, along with attractive bonus plans that can potentially reach up to 1 Million.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in English and possess a solid understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiation techniques.
