Job Description
KalSoft is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator / Engagement Coordinator to support sales and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn and progress within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, maintain databases, track sales leads, and prepare presentations
- Liaise between sales team and departments for smooth pre-sales processes
- Provide administrative support to the engagement team and conduct market research
- Prepare reports and presentations for sales meetings and management reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of sales coordination experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
