Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist the sales team by streamlining operations, managing customer interactions, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. Your role is critical to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the sales team meets its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing sales documentation, processing orders, and tracking sales progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and update sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve any issues related to orders.
