Job Description

Location: Lahore, Near Statelife Housing Society.
The job responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding order status, product availability, and any inquiries they may have.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with various departments (production, design, shipping) to ensure smooth execution of orders and meet customer requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records and databases, including customer information, sales transactions, and order histories.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services and address any issues or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to ensure adequate stock availability for fulfilling orders.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years’ experience in a sales-related role
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
