Job Description
PromoGen is actively seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to join our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. If you possess excellent communication skills, customer service experience, a foundational understanding of vehicles, and proficiency in CRM software, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and text.
- Provide service information, quotes, and assist with bookings.
- Understand various vehicle types to determine pricing.
- Leverage CRM tools to track customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Professionally represent the brand in all communications.
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
