Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers professionally and timely.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complaints.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Make outbound calls in a professional manner and maintain high-quality interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance goals including customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven sales performance track record.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
